With layers of a buttery graham cracker crust, delicious chocolate and perfectly golden marshmallows, what's not to love? Everything that you love about brownies and s'mores combined into one. Now don’t actually go and slap your mama but definitely give this recipe a try!

I know everyone is kinda obsessed with making s’mores everything, so I was kinda hesitant to jump at making this treat. But then I realized what was wrong with me. The flavors of s’mores just go so well with everything and it's an obsession for very valid reasons. I had to admit I was wrong because after trying this out, I never want a normal brownie again. S’mores only!

Ingredients You Will Need:

For this sweet treat, you will need everything you would for a normal brownie just with the additions of graham crackers and marshmallows. The dry ingredients consist of sugar, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder, I like to use Hershey’s. In addition to these, you will need eggs, butter, chocolate chips, and graham crackers. For the chocolate, I like to use semi-sweet rather than milk to help tone down the sweetness of the brownie just a bit. No one ever notices and it tastes great! See, you don’t need much and that’s because this recipe is super simple, quick, and perfect to make for those midnight cravings. Trust me, I know all about those.

Graham Cracker Crust:

The first thing you are going to want to start with is making the graham cracker crust. This is my favorite addition to the brownie because it adds a nice crunch and texture to it. To make it, you are going to melt down butter and pour it into a bowl of crushed graham crackers. There is a few ways to crush the graham crackers, the easiest being a food processor but the funniest way is by filling a plastic ziploc up with the crackers and beating them to crumbs. Once well combined, it should resemble the texture of sand, you are going to want to press it into a parchment lined 9 by 9 square pan. The parchment paper will prevent any sticking. Before moving on to make the batter be sure to bake this crust for about 10 minutes or until golden brown at 350 degrees.

The Brownie Batter:

Brownies are one of the easiest desserts, as they don’t require much. As you did for the crust, the first thing you will do is melt butter. Add sugar, eggs, always one at a time, and vanilla extract to this melted butter. When it comes to vanilla extract, the recipe is going to state a specific amount. However, I’m going to let you in on a little secret. I measure vanilla extract with my heart always, so there is most likely than 1 tsp in there. In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients; sugar, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Once well combined, whisk it into the egg mixture you just made. Then pour in the chocolate chips. Do not OVERMIX. This batter is supposed to be thick.

Put It In The Oven:

What is not pictured, is me taste testing the batter. I know you are not suppose to because of the risk of salmonella but it’s just to good.

Now that all the components are prepared, you can start assembling. Pour and spread the brownie batter EVENLY over the baked graham cracker crust. Be sure that it is even to ensure proper baking. Then too make it a s’mores, we have to add marshmallows. I used the mini ones, so that it was more guaranteed to get a few with each slice and bite. If you want less or more than I used, go ahead and adjust it. You can always make changes to the recipes if you feel fit. Finally, you can get to baking. Bake the brownies for about 25 minutes or until everything is golden, and gooey. If you arent sure about something being done, you can always use the toothpick technique. All this is, is when you take a toothpick or knife and poke the center of whatever your baking. If it comes out clean, it is done.

Just looking at this picture is more than enough to convince me to go in the kitchen and get to baking myself! Add a fun and delicious twist on a classic and loved dessert, and trust me everyone will love this one even more. Perfect to make for the upcoming summer!
